After missing the Test series Rohit Sharma is currently at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru where he is regaining his fitness. He is not fully fit; KL Rahul will lead Team India in the ODI series against Proteas.
In the Test Series of Day 1, KL Rahul made a brilliant start against South Africa as he hit an unbeaten ton (122*) of the ongoing 1st Test. With this, Rahul became only the 2nd Indian opener to score a century in South Africa after Wasim Jaffer’s century in Cape Town in 2006-07.
