
In 2021 the ODI Format has not gained a lot of popularity. Since the T20 World Cup was held this year. In the T20 Format, All teams were busy preparing for the ICC event by playing the majority of matches. Even in India they only played 06 ODIs in 2021, winning 04 and disappointment loss of 02 Matches.
In the ODI Format, England the defending champions played only 09 Matches, 50-over matches, and ended up winning in 06 Matches. The T20 World Cup Champions Australia played only 03 ODIs, and win 02 of them.

Sam Curran – He is an England all-rounder took 5 for 48 as the hosts defeated Sri Lanka by 8 wickets in the 2nd ODI of the 3-match series at The Oval (July). England bowled 1st after winning the toss and Sam Curran ran through the top order, reducing them to 12 for 3 inside 4 overs.
Kusal Perera the left-arm seamer deceive a 2-ball duck & added the scalp of Avishka Fernando (0). Sam Curran then cleaned up Pathum Nissanka (5) with a brilliant inswinger. With a short ball, He returned to end Wanindu Hasaranga de Silva’s (26) resistance.

Tabraiz Shamsi – He is a South African left-arm spinner who took 5 for 49 in South Africa’s 67-run victory over the Lankans in the 2nd ODI of the 3-match series in Colombo (September). After winning the toss he chooses batting first, the visitors put up 283 for 6 in just 47 overs.

Dusmantha Chameera – He is a Sri Lankan pacer who ran through Bangladesh’s batting line-up with figures of 5/16 in the 3rd ODI of the 3-match series in Dhaka (May). The Sri Lankans choose to bat first after winning the toss & posted 286 for 6. Dumantha Chameera then claimed an impressive 5 Wickets as Bangladesh scored up for 189 in 42.3 overs.

Shakib Ali Hasan – He is a Bangladesh all-rounder who made a brilliant return to International Cricket after serving a 1-year ban. He claimed 4 for 8 in 7.2 overs in the 1st ODI of the 3-match series against West Indies (Dhaka). After winning the toss Bangladesh bowled first and he ran through West Indies middle & lower-order.
