India Test Captain Virat Kohli will skip the 2nd Test against South Africa due to his back spasm. KL Rahul was asked to lead Team India in his absence.
However, now Virat Kohli may miss the three-match ODI series against South Africa. The reason behind this could be upper back spasm which could be a recurrence of the slip disc. The Problem that had stopped him from playing Country cricket back in 2018.

India vs South Africa is scheduled to lock horns three ODIs Matches on 19th, 21st, 23rd January 2022. According to the sports report, Test Captain KL Rahul has said that Virat Kohli should recover in time for the third and Final Test Match which is scheduled from 11th January 2022 in Cape Town.
